• Refund processing: If a refund is approved in an exceptional circumstance, it will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

EXCHANGES

• If you receive an incorrect or defective digital item, we may provide a replacement or exchange for an equivalent item where appropriate.

• Once a digital item has been successfully delivered and accessed, exchanges or refunds may not be available unless there is a verified issue with the product.

• Digital products cannot be physically returned.
